This classic mid-century L-shaped home consists of two wings, separated by an open living/dining room/kitchen area.   Each bedroom wing has its own private entrance, with direct access to the sparkling pool from their bedrooms

The well-situated design—combined with the home’s efficient cooling systems, generous patio roof-overhang, and good-sized pool—creates a sheltered, private desert oasis experience.  The house is cooled by two separate central air conditioning systems (one for the west wing and living area; one for the east wing). There is also a very efficient, eco-friendly swamp cooler, which is a cost-effective cooling system ideally suited for the desert, and a comfortable alternative to air conditioning that provides for a wonderful indoor-outdoor experience.

With queen-sized beds in each bedroom, and a day bed in the living room, the house can sleep seven comfortably.  Sheets and towels are provided. Special arrangements can be made if additional sleeping accommodations are required.

West Wing

The master bedroom west wing provides a spacious, quiet, and comfortable retreat with its own exquisite private bathroom. Queen-sized bed, large closets, high-speed wireless access and cable TV with DVD/CD player. 

East Wing

Two separate rooms are offered in the east wing, plus a full bath.

1. A lovely poolside bedroom with beamed ceiling, queen-sized bed, high-speed wireless connection, and cable TV with DVD/CD player.
2. A second bedroom with skylight, queen-sized bed, desk, and large closet. This room can also serve very well as an office or studio.

Living/Dining/Kitchen

Guests have access to the large and open living area, consisting of the living room, dining area, and kitchen.  The living area has direct access to a lovely shaded patio, with dining table, barbeque and outdoor fireplace… just a few steps away from the sparkling pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils and all appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. There is also a propane fired barbecue for poolside grilling.

Guests are also welcome to use the washer and dryer, which is located in the passage between the main house and the garage.

There is plenty of parking on the property, with off-street spaces for five vehicles.

House Rental

Depending on availability, the house can be rented on a daily or weekly basis, or for holidays and special events. The entire house can sleep seven comfortably.

Deposit

A refundable deposit of $200 is required at time of reservation to hold the house for you.  The deposit will be returned to you after checkout (less any charges for excessive cleaning or missing/damaged items).  The deposit may be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before the scheduled arrival, or if the guest does not cancel, and fails to appear for their scheduled stay.

After availability is confirmed, you must secure your reservation by making your deposit via PayPal, on the Contact Us/Reservation page.
